Return Policy

At SquatGummi, your satisfaction comes first. We stand behind the quality of every product we make and want to ensure you have a fair and positive experience. Because our gummies are a consumable product, all returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis to protect product safety and ensure fairness for all customers.

Our goal is always customer satisfaction. We review every return and refund request individually and aim for a fair outcome in each situation. Customers have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact us with any concerns or issues related to their order. Please note that return shipping is not covered by SquatGummi, and refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

While we typically do not accept returns on opened or used consumable products, unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if approved in advance. To start a return request, email us at info@squatgummies.com with your order number and a brief description of your concern. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and international orders are not eligible for free return labels.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email with the outcome. If approved, we’ll refund the product cost minus shipping fees to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier for delivery and return services. Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund. If your case falls outside our standard policy, we’ll still work with you to find a fair and reasonable resolution.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@squatgummies.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll quickly review the situation and make it right either through a replacement or refund.

To maintain product safety and quality, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used consumable items, sale or clearance products, gift cards, digital workout programs or downloads, or hazardous or flammable goods. If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, please reach out before sending it back.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please complete a return (if approved) and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
